Noodle Star - Surry Hills (Sam)

Hi everyone, this is Sam again. Today i am going to Surry Hills which is about 15 minutes walk from Central Station and I am going to try a Chinese restaurant that is in Surry Hills Shopping Village. It is called Noodle Star, just on the left side of the entrance. They serve different kinds of Chinese traditional food there. Look at the photo below and you can see how many types of food they provide ! As i like fried-rice very much, this time i am going to be trying their fried rice ! This is the environment of the restaurant. 

It looks nice, clean and bright. I ordered an ordinary fried rice with egg, vegetables and carrots. 

This is how it looked like. Well, I think the colour of the fried rice is pretty good. Actually, It tasted so good, I do not know what sort of sauce and ingredient they have put into the fried rice; the rice is not too hard, it absorbs all the sauce and mixed well with the vegetables and eggs. However, comparing this fried rice to the one that I previously tried in The Thai Place; I think Thai Place's fried rice is slightly better than this one.
